I would get one for myself if it's available, is nVidia start shipping 9600M GT to manufacturers yet?

I think it's a typo, G1Sn's GPU is global spec, they all 9500M GS not GT.

That would be really strange imo, as if you Google for "G1SN-AK023C", every single retailer found says its 9500M GT.

It is, I think, quite possible the spec is different for those countries. :)

But I don't think 9500M GT even exist, :) Asus never tell me about it, I only know there will be something better than that. ;)

Just look at the driver inf from laptopvideo2go.com, it has everything but 9500M GT, where is the drivers?

And if you google it, it comes out diffrent results:

G1SN-AK023C, GPU 8600M GT (the product name is correct but look at the detail specs, it says 8600M GT 256MB DDR3), shouldn't the 8600M GT is for G1S not G1Sn?

So far we have G1Sn-AK023C with 3 different GPUs. :p, and don't forget just not too long ago some company put 8600M GT 512MB on V2S specs when it suppose to be 8600M GS 256MB and it's a global spec.

For those that have the G1Sn-B1, is the HDMI port on the back strictly for Video? I assume its just a replacement for the DVI port which was also only video, but I can't find it documented anywhere. It'd be awesome if the audio would be passed through the HDMI but i'm not that optomistic.

    Let me know,

    FYI,

The reason I'm asking is their manual states what HDMI is for, digital video and audio and doesn't say it CAN'T do audio.

Try go to Control Panel>Sound (Classic View) and see if you have HDMI options at Playback tab, if you do you can select HDMI out if you are going to use it:

No it's from U6SG I am currently testing it.
But with all Asus notebooks with HDMI I've test all has the same option even with C90S.
