So the rumors were dead on.

For anyone wondering about the face if slip up, it looks like that phone had some how just been turned on, and requested the passcode before allowing face id like touch id does now.

I'd be somewhat surprised if it failed and timed out after like one unlock attempt while touch id gives several tries.

Good lord the SOC improvements year after year are insane. Qualcomm and Samsung cannot keep up with this lol.

So basically the love child of a Galaxy S8+ and an Essential Phone running iOS. Got it.

Good for people who like Android hardware but like iOS (or need it for work). This phone seems to be all about hardware parity with Android flagships.

Hardware parity? Android phones were left in the dust since the iPhone 6s SOC. I really hope Qualcomm, Samsung or any other chip maker can keep up with the A series chip. It sucks we are at the mercy of Qualcomm support ugh.

I gotta admit, the new iPhone X looks great, but its not enough to make me want to switch to the iOS ecosystem.
