While I hate spiders, its inevitable to avoid bugs in your car/truck. I detail the pis out of mine and every so often I find one.

On my last trip home I opened up my car which had been sitting idle at my mother's house for six months. In the front, about a foot off the floor, were the thickest cobwebs I have ever seen in my life. It was practically felt. Also there were all kinds of different spiders all over.

that's disgusting. i hate bugs, period!

one time i borrowed a friend's work van to go pick up a package and met his pet roach! it was night time. i was just driving back home when i notice something moving on my A-pillar. i take a closer look and it's a huge roach! i kept my right hand on the wheel and grabbed a clipboard (first thing i saw) with my left hand. good thing there wasn't much traffic cuz i was swerving a bit, down the highway, while frantically trying to ultra combo this roach with the clipboard.

heh heh... Roach: 0 - Clipboard: 1

This. I never get bugs in my car unless the windows are open or they fly in while someone is getting in or out. Which is good, because I hate bugs. ESPECIALLY Japanese Beetles. I cannot kill enough Japanese Beetles.

Well I checked all over couldn't find anything. Never seen any bugs inside, only felt a small piece of web near my rear view mirror before. I think they crawled in my engine & maybe one might have crawled thru the windshield vent. Checked the engine too and nothing. They are either dead from the headlight heat(like the pics show) & engine heat or more are hiding in the engine where I can't get to.

I be sure to put the air on recirculate and turn the fan off every time I park the car, just in case.

I had a spider in my car. It now resides in my vacuum cleaner.

Your vents don't close automatically? Or they do and you just do that to make sure...?
