Hello, I'm very satisfied with the performance of my laptop but I usually play MMO games and I'd prefer to switch from 120Hz to 60Hz because I have lot of frame drops/stuttering and to be honest 120Hz I think are useless for MMO games ad stess only cpu and gpu.
When i tried to set 60Hz I discovered that my windows control panel have only 120 or 48Hz settings!
Is this a "problem" caused by DCH drivers for Intel and Nvidia Gpu? What can i do?
    Thank you.

P.S: my exact config: Cpu i7 9750H, Gpu GTX 1660Ti, Ram 32Gb Kinston HyperX 2666; 2x500Gb raid 0 ssd, 120Hz panel (no freesync nor G-sync)

I answer myself because I have found an alternative solution. :)
I set the panel to 120Hz and from the Nvidia drivers I set the Frame Limiter to 60Hz (exactly half the frequency of the panel) and the vsync, in this way the game remains "fluid".
I think this "trick" is also applicable to other games, I hope it can be useful to someone.
