    Im getting it in January 08

    Blackhawk XR5

    Intel quad Q6700
    4mb ram 667 MHz
    100gb 7200 rpm HD (dont need a big one)
    Dual SLI nvidia geforce 8800GTX
    Vista home premium 64 bit

    $4400

    Is it too much?

    I would be inclined to say it is a bit much. I also hope you are not getting 4MB of RAM ;)

    Talk to VelocityMicro, and try to get a discount. That is a bad price they gave you.

    about 2k too much. why the quad? and 64 bit? windows 64 has driver frustration written all over it.

    Even though you don't need a large hard drive, the 200 GB 7200 rpm hard drives have much better performance than the 100 GB.
