OK, I didn't know that. All is very clear now, thanks.
it's all good man....and tobh im wondering what amk is bottling up also.
also just because i have a high iq doesnt mean i will always have good logic or common sense...i do have schizophrenia...
You seem to be a bit abrasive. What I'm simply suggesting is that the gap between the current state of the art and wide applicability of this technology is gigantic. To suggest we are anywhere close to "downloading the mind" would be insane.
i know dude....that was my point....but we were there a long time ago.
seriously put the dots together...as for the fbi i heard they can pick up thoughts as when we think..tiny vibrations...yet how many people know that...bit esoteric wouldn't you say..
i'll post a source when i find one detailed enough...brb in 5
check this out
interesting too say the least
I don't think high IQ scores are attainable without excellent logic (unless there is something wrong with the particular scoring method) given it is one of the main brain functions tested.
look up schizophrenia and logic.....we tend to see things sooner via our excellent logic....we lack common sense however.
AMK can you chime in as you are a doctor...you would be better able to explain the rare circumstance of high iqs and the rarity with people suffering from schizophrenia..
We tested a phenomenological hypothesis about theoretical and practical rationality in people with schizophrenia. This hypothesis states that in schizophrenia there is an enhancement of theoretical rationality Our case–control experiment supported this hypothesis. Philosophical models of rationality that prioritise theoretical over practical rationality may thereby apply more in schizophrenic than in healthy states. The study is an example of how experimental psychopathology can illuminate areas of philosophical dispute that are difficult to settle by thought alone.
Common sense should have no bearing on a well constructed IQ test. It's kind of hard to even define, much less measure common sense anyway.
I'd like to think you are like John Nash. All the best.
thanks etern4l...I watched beautiful mind and it brought me to tears...remember the advanced math and then post medication....yes something like that.
my meds slow my mind down quite a bit...now imagine no meds!! yes..something else
