    I've read the reviews for both of the products and they are beast mode. So, you can go with any one of these.But Personally, I would go for the second option.

    i bougt a gtx 1070m and 2133hz hyperx ram to my alienware m18x r2 It will arrive in 18 days do u have unlocked vbios ? and what about your 1070m with overclocking (any ideas)

    Those 1070s are pretty good OCers, especially the vRam. The biggest issue with them is reduced amount of VRMs, leading to burned cores...
    So be careful with the O/C...

    what is your core clock and memory clock overclocking amount ?

    I am using MSI GTX 1070, my core clock is +230MHz and mem clock +400MHz
