PRICE CHECK: I have a Nebula Red M17x R2 with a perfectly working battery and I'm wondering if it's better to sell it as a complete unit or strip it and sell for parts. I'll post some pictures tonight. She's in pretty decent shape and everything seems to be working as it should.

    Windows 10 Pro
    i7 920XM
    Dual Radeon 4870's
    8GB DDR3
    New Crucial 240gb SSD
    1920x1080 RGBLED Display
    WORKING BATTERY!!!

From what I've seen so far anywhere from £400-600 and I'd expect higher end with that being a dual GPU, SSD upgrade and 920XM not to mention RGB display + the fact it is one of the best colours for this laptop.

There's 50 of us watching a lovely red one with way less specs and a dead GPU for around the £250 mark, these machines (and most gaming laptops in general) sell real high in the UK

Yeah I've seen some of the prices coming from the UK. Prices for the older Alienware laptops here in Australia have crashed lately so I don't think I'll be refurbing and flipping them anymore.
