Hello guys, I recently bought this model on Ebay with:

    i9 10900k
    2080super
    32gb 16x2 3200 (but running 2933)
    1,5Tb ssd + hdd

Now I would like to change the Thermal Pads and repaste with Kryonaut, but I don't know if I must follow the same guide I saw here on NotebookReview for Area 51m R1 because of pads thickness. I believe my VRam are frying 'cause of the chassis near the power button is pretty hot, so that's because I want to change them. I would like to buy the Grizzly's Thermal Pads, which are 15W/mK and A LOT cheaper than Fujipoly.

Second problem: I tried to unistall Alienware Control Center, but even if the RAM are genuine from Dell, as the seller told me, I can't XMP them, in BIOS there's only the option "Disable" on it.

Third problem: I see that GPU is reaching 150W and not getting over that, even if it is 100% usage. I'm using Afterburner with +140 on Core and I'm reaching the Voltage Limit, that I believe I can't pass through, right?

    Can you help me?

make sure overclocking is set to disable in awcc center before entering bios and setting xmp to 1 . otherwise will be greyed out.

It is not greyed. It's on but there's only the possibility to set "Disable", clicking on it
