Need some help. Everything on my Aero OLED was fine until I turned on XTU. Set the offset to -0.150 and now all of sudden my cpu fans are getting the computer ready for take off and the cpu is constantly at 75C. How do I fix this? Before XTU I was resting at a good 39C

    Help would be greatly appreciated

A screen shot of your current settings within XTU would be helpful to pinpoint the potential problem.

Bud, I freaked out and uninstalled the damn software. Even system restored and I'm still hearing the fans ready for take off and the gpu is all over the place in terms of temperature

I had one laptop that would retain the XTU settings after reboot. You might need to reload it and put it back to stock and then uninstall it.

I Tried doing that but I think it needs a fresh install. I ended up doing benchmarks and what not and now I'm using xtu. It's not my preferred software but it's getting the job done surprisingly well

Its hard to completely delete XTU. Last time I used it on another laptop I had to install a frehs Win 10.

Did you have to install using external media or just through the recovery on your computer?

Well I ended up doing a fresh windows install and the computer is so much more balanced on throttle stop vs XTU.
