Just be careful to check there is not a difference between max and max sustained.

Already connected them and .....it works. Even sustained with fn+1 command no issues whatsoever. I am thinking to somehow passive cool the fan driver IC (just to be sure).
Thinking of doing the same thing on the CPU, with a P870TM heatsink mod and like that main + second fan working together by temp (already found a smaller 5v 0.4A fan that will work perfectly).
Will make a tutorial for the CPU heatsink...when I will buy the heatsink and a 9600k/ 9700k. I think that these are the best options. I9 9900k might still throttle even with TM heatsink and 2 5v fans.

Once I get the kit I'm waiting on I'll be testing what I can do with a 9900ks.

Do you think the Gtx 1070 will be recognized in bios if I add NVdGPUPei module to the DM bios with MMtool?

What do you mean recognised in the BIOS? Where you see unknown GPU? That bit really does not matter.

The thing is that if bios recognizes the card it will allocate a stock HW ID and inf mod will not be needed anymore.

What i did in the end is that I replaced NVdGPUDxe from original moded dsanke bios with the module from dsanke bios with RTX support. I will flash it as soon as I will do the TM CPU heatsink mod on the original DM, and also, when I disassemble for that I will also have a project going on to somehow make the bios chip more accessible without the need to disassemble the whole laptop to flash it (will make a separate thread 4 that).
