Hello there everyone does anyone have any screen flickering on their Acer Predator 15 or 17, as i previously had it in January/February, but was considering re-buying the same one but the i7-7700HQ model, is there any flicker on the Kaby Lake models? please let me know asap as i'm buying a new laptop soon :)
    Cheers :)

You may want to check external Notebookcheck.net reviews. It reviews on display PWM. If it's below 1000Hz, don't go if you're sensitive to PWM.

what does this mean? does the i7-7700HQ model screen flicker? why does the screen flicker, is it a faulty laptop or the motherboard?

that might mean the PWM is present and the PWM frequency is quite low.

nevermind. fortunately, I did some research and users wont be sensitive to the PWM frequency.

    it might be a defect.[IMG]
