    Just checked bios - SpeedStep and TurboBoost is not exist.....
    I hope it works, just would like to check it somehow...

    Also Is there anyway to overclock screen refresh rate from 60herz to 75 or more? thanks

    They have to work. That is not driver dependent but BIOS dependent. You can check CPU speed frequency under load (1 core and 2 cores) if you want to confirm that it's working but it has to.

    Better refresh rates, my laptop goes from 60hz base to 75hz with dedicated only graphics enabled and with control panel i can go to 100 but keep it at 90hz

    I think better refresh rates only works with tube monitors, lcd's are too slow for it, they don't react faster on it, did you notice any flickering on them ?
