Acer Aspire 4830TG WiFi upgrade

    Hi I have an Acer Aspire 4830TG and I was looking at upgrading the WiFi to support dual band. Will it work if I replace the mini PCi-E wireless combo card with something like an Intel 6230 like this:

    It will work as long as it's not a card meant for Lenovo, HP or Dell (I'm not sure if the latter two still use whitelisting).
    You could buy an Intel 7260 as well.
