Well, if your GTX 1070 works fine with the current vbios - there's no need to flash a different one really.

It is designed for vbios gt73vr 7re. Do you think this vbios software can stable in my laptop?

I believe the vbios that came on the GT72VR was 0D at the end (the other digits may have been different too), and the vbios that came with the GT73VR was 3A. Both were gsync.
Again there is no need to flash a different vbios. If you are having crash problems with 6th generation models with 6700HQ or 6820HK, the only thing that will work is the 8A vbios, due to a hardware problem on the card.

The vbios version on my laptop is 86.04.5B.00.44. It's working very well right now. However, vbios number 86.04.56.00.3A may be a better working version. I am afraid to update this new version for my laptop. Do I have to Update it?

Also compatible with Vbios 86.04.31.00.0D, GT72vr 6re / 7re and GT73vr 6re / 7re laptops. According to this, 86.04.56.00.3A vbios is compatible for all these laptops?

As I said before, there is no such thing as a 'better working' vbios. Only castrated vbioses to fix bugs in hardware. You will get no benefit besides a mismatched product ID from flashing .3A on a version with .44 (even though it may still fully work, you will get NO performance).

If your primary vbios is working well, the only Vbios which may give you SLIGHTLY more stable framerates is the 8A vbios, and that's because it removes boost 2 (automatic overclocking) clocks, which can lead to more stable frametimes. Of course you can replicate this on the stock Bios by just pressing Control F in MSI Afterburner, locking the voltage at 0.875v on the curve and pressing Control L, which will do the same thing, except the card will not downclock while idle.

Using 8A, despite boost 2 clocks being removed, doesn't give you much lower FPS or performance anywhere, because you are so heavily TDP limited anyway that if boost 2 clocks get engaged, you just get TDP throttled anyway. So some people with stock cards have found better overall stable performance with 8A even on fully working cards. However for TDP modded cards, 8A just castrates your FPS too severely (Max stable clocks tend to be between 1825-1875 mhz @ 0.881v; 0.881v is the cap), while 3A or 44 can go up to 2050 mhz @ 1.050v if you hardware mod the card with a SPI Programmer.
