    Hely guys!
Anyone here with experience regarding repasting 8750h or other coffe lake CPU with lm?
Asking because I heard recent news that unlike with the 7700hq, the flip chip of the 8750h is not flat so using lm is not recommended because when the laptop is moved around the lm would not stick as good.

    Is this true?

    Who said this?

Every CPU slug is not fully flat. They are all -slightly- convex.
People have Delidded and LM'd 8700K and repasted 8950HK BGA's. Why wouldn't this work?
The problem are the low quality heatsinks that are not flat. Not the CPU's.
