the highest quality of sheep, with trimmed fur. im sure crApple would love to have them.

this would have been so much of a hype had it came out last yr. knowing it'll come with crippled battery NOS bs and firmware power limit that can't be fixed just killed my excitement.

4 fans and large CPU heatsink with 2 fans does sound very promising (hope it is divided up like that).

then theres also AMD 16 cores coming soon if it does well, it'll destroy this laptop in pure computing power.

Firmware power limit and NOS can be bypassed if the battery is removed, assuming MSI didn't change the EC registers.
Current vcore protection limit (VRM shutoff) is probably unavoidable as laptop AMI Bioses do not have "CPU Vcore current protection" overrides, so if you draw too many amps, the laptop will shut off.

thats retarded i can't use laptop while oc'ing with battery in what if theres an outage/short. i need that battery in at all time for those scenarios.

looking at the GT76 chassis, prob not that much bigger than the GT/WT75 chassis, can't really tell if it'll be any better until we see the inside. why couldnt they just do a GT83VR refresh calling it GT93 or something like that, place 8 core in it, two GPU slots for two GPUs for separate tasks im sure it'll appeal to some.

It's generally not great if you are battering the system with a load and it gets slammed over to battery to be fair.

True! If MSI would have only gone with MXM instead of BGA for the GPU. It's again a half baked one step forward (LGA), one step back (BGA) combo.
