Finally got it sent after another few weeks of back and forth with the Razer support team. Plus they sending me the wrong shipping label, my laptop getting retained at FedEx for a few days because the shipping didn't cover "dangerous substances"...

It's like dealing with toddlers... I swear there's a hitch at every step of the RMA process...

Should get it back next week though. Hope they don't get it wrong again.

Anyone having the black screen issue with newer drivers? BIOS update didn't fix it.

Wtf my bluetooth and wi-fi stopped working overnight.
    Didn't even move the laptop...

Is my card dead? What the hell

If it's both the WiFi and BT that stopped working, and everything else in your system is fine, then it's most likely the card itself. Fortunately, replacements are cheap and easy to install yourself. You can pick up an Intel AX200 for $20 on Amazon right now.

Before sweaping it try doing some troubleshooting like through windows, or updating windows. It happened recently on my MacBook (24/364 bootcamp) I thought same thing but after doing that in my case was OSX update bang, it back again. Well as other said sweaping the card doesn’t sweat and cost arm and legs though.

It's back as fast as it went...
Couple of restarts and it was back on. Very weird 'cause I haven't updated anything in a while and actually had W10 updates on pause for 7 days because I was on a slow adsl connection.
    Beats me, it's back tho.
Maybe I'll look for a cheap intel wi-fi card. Not a bad idea having a spare one of those around considering they're not that expensive.

After formatting my Blade Pro I'm getting weird washed out colors when playing videos on MS Edge.

    Everything updated.
Intel Command Center has everything disabled other than dynamic range set to full in the video tab.
Nvidia Control Panel has no color settings because the iGPU is always enabled.
    W10 HDR settings are off.
Have Edge with forced sRGB color profile thru edge://flags/

Any youtube video is either played in washed out, muted colors, or flickers back between this and regular full color. It's like I'm watching videos with a FPS display profile or something... They look horrible.

I'm at a loss here, what have I yet to try? Maybe clean with DDU and reinstall intel gfx drivers?

Try a different browser first. Firefox would be the obvious candidate since pretty much everything else is based on Chromium these days.

Yeah firefox seems to work fine.

    God damn you microsoft edge.

Been using it for the last year or two with no issues. Quite like it actually.

Any idea on what setting might be causing it?
