For best gaming performance you will want to leave it in auto mode and manually overclock the GPU.

Problem is in auto mode the cpu power limit doesnt go up to 60.
So you will throttle the cpu abit in heavy games with the cpu locked at 45watts. Thats why frames are higher with the custom mode even at 90watts. Because the cpu is full bore 4ghz 6 cores.

Windows update hasnt issued a new driver. Just that original one that can be downloaded from razer support.
It may be razer synapse that is the problem, capping the gpu at 90watts in custom mode with a updated nvidia driver.
Ironically those that have copied the 100watt vbios from Razer owners and flashed them to their GS75 or Aero 17 etc..get full performance because they don't have razer synapse messing things up.
Without synapse installed these razers cap the cpu at 35watts...thata less than stock from intel. Thats just wrong.

His frames are higher in custom mode because he has GPU set to high. +100mhz 90w will have more frames than stock 100w.

Very few games are demanding on the CPU. Most will have you GPU bound.

Id like to see his average in-game cpu clocks to be sure its the +100mhz gpu making the difference on the frames and not that in auto mode the cpu drops to 3.5ghz or so average

I'm looking to buy razer blade 15 in Europe. Specially I want razer blade 15 advanced with RTX 2060. Can you recommend any viable store where I could order one?

Guys... I got my second RBP yesterday. The first had horrible backlight bleed (left device at first Photo). I received the right one and found the Bleeding acceptable. Then today also the second one "developed" the same horrible bleeding as well (photo 2). This cannot be normal right? Why does the bleeding get worse after two days?

Bezel/cover flex, if its possible, pop the bezel all around the display and press it back in gently and usually the bleed is gone.

Latest NVIDIA drivers eem to have fixed the issue. GPU can now run at 100w in Custom mode.

Strange you think this was a NVIDIA driver issue and not a VBIOS issue?

Is there a how-to somewhere to see how this has to be done?
