    Modularity.

I like the whole Nvidia idea of an external gpu. I'd love to have a thin board that a monitor can attach to and a keyboard/ track pad. You could use it as a htpc, laptop, desktop, dock, etc.

Total modularity would be interesting for sure, not sure how they'd pull that off.

See! It would give gamers exercise too.

Basically docks. My beater Asus Transformer T100T has the detachable keyboard, which also has USB 3.0 on it. So just imagine that but with modern/ future hardware. I'd imagine three detachables, and a bottom dock. Screen section, keyboard/ track pad, board with maybe one or two 3.0 USBs and maybe a mini display port. Then a dock that would have a GPU, psu, cooling, etc. Throttle the hell out of it when it is not docked, to lower energy consumption and heat.

I travel a lot, so at home I have a "dock" which is just a cooling pad, but it is behind a monitor. I have a standalone keyboard, mouse, and power cable at the monitor. So when I want to actually game, I set the laptop down on the pad, hookup the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and power cable. I also have a removable GPU, so that goes in as well. Then I change the power settings so it is running up to 100% of the CPU, boom gaming rig!

I'm impressed, what sort of performance do you get with that setup?

Things I'd like to see more common or brought in to notebooks/laptops:

    - an internal Xbox one wireless adapter. Maybe build in wireless cards or as separate module. Don't like that massive dongle.

    - oled 120hz gsynch panels for all common sizes. Or at least IPS.

    - individual rgb keyboards instead of zone lighting.

    - aero 15, XPS style infinity displays.

    - 99wh batterys

    - undervolt-able gpu functions trough drivers/controlled panels.

    - sd card reader and lan port being standard by law if the notebook has a dedicated gpu over a certain tdp.

    - smaller power bricks.

We already have bluetooth in laptops, to fulfill xbox one controller part.

The individual RGB keyboards are steadily arriving.

Can you provide a picture of the XPS style infinite displays?

99WH batteries are pretty huge bro.

Undervolts won't really be supported.. eh.. for the nearest future, people are going to screw this up.

Smaller power bricks? Well I mean, they are prtty small these days :D
