I couldn't stand the new look of the current mustang series. Made it look like a cheap knockoff of an old classic. Not much with this new one. I like the front end... looks mean! Backside of the mustang still looks like crap though. And I don't trust Ford with interiors anymore. Buttons, switches and such are always awkwardly placed.

I do not like the new design. The front is okay, but the rear looks horrible. The side-view also looks a little weird, and less aggressive than the current model.

Not sure why, but when I saw the side shot I thought 'Mazda'

And the grill looks just like the fusion(knock off Aston Martin) Though I think the front end of the Fusion is very nice looking, I don't think the Mustang should have followed it.

Now that I've looked closer at the new design, I don't like it at all. If someone gave me a free one, I'd probably just sell it, I wouldn't keep it. It doesn't look like a Mustang anymore, more like a "Wustang." Its got this whole crossover-minivan-crv-convertible twist to it... What's up with that? :err:

I own a minivan (second-gen Mazda5), and I'm not entirely clear how you look at the Mustang and see minivan influences.

If anything was a "Wustang", I'd say that the early 4th-gen Mustangs were:

If I had to choose between that and this new model, I would pick the new model, despite what I said about it previously.

the rear end is my favorite part of the car right now.

i personally think this is a 'sophisticated" looking Mustang. also keep in mind that these are pictures of the base model. there will be better (looking) models to follow soon.

My favorite looking mustang will always be the 2002 model.

Front and back each had a mean look to thems.

This new series, I'm happy to see Ford is at least going back to what once worked with the front end look.

    Me either.

This is what the 2015 was supposed to look like:

Ten times better than the confirmed 2015 on the first page.

I also prefer the 99-04 look, especially the Cobra. The generation right after it looked good too.

The Mustang was never supposed to look sleek, it's a muscle/pony car. Ford attempting to change that would be the equivalent of Dodge making the Challenger and Charger into compact cars.
