I have a 2014-vintage Canon Pixma MG6620 inkjet "all-in-one" WiFi printer, bought new from a Microcenter in Cambridge, MA, back in 2014. To this day, it produces perfect text & photo prints. I typically scan photos @ 300 dpi, but sometimes, 600 max dpi. Always stunning results, even today, 8/8/2021. I know how to apply color balance / filtering, etc. Print at 300 dpi (inkjet priinting @ 600 dip doesn't make any sense). All i've done since 2014 is never let the cartridges run dry, I ran the clean cycle once every month, and kept the Canon firmware current. I'm hanging onto this one.
