I'll still never drive a minivan. I'd take a large SUV over a minivan in a heart beat. Gas mileage in a minivan isn't great either, what sub 20 mpg combined?

Even my dad's 2005 Honda Pilot seats 8...more than a minivan.

Drive the post refresh/current one. Its much improved, and should have been what was made in the first place.

My parents grand voyager with the 3.3 got around 20 combined.

Sienna and Odyssey offer 8 passenger seating, and the previous Sienna's 8th seat was full sized so it was even better. Most cuv/suv rear seats are pretty low to the ground so knees are raised, not so in a minivan. Also, the last row is actually habitable for 3 adults across in a minivan, not the case in most cuv's except for the Lambda's and perhaps the Durango if you count that (i dont)

We got the Blizzard White with the dark leather interior. My last 3 cars were black and I figured it's time to try another color.

My short list was the Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, and the Dodge Durango.
The Ford didn't seem like it was very well made. The demo we tried creaked and groaned like it had a couple hundred thousand miles.
The Honda Pilot was nice, but the front end is just plain hideous. I believe the Honda was the best choice out of all of them, but the looks just turned us off. Gotta be happy with what you drive.
The Dodge was nice, but it was the priciest out of the list. Too much money for little return.

Nice, that's a great color choice IMO.

I'm not really warm to the Ford myself. The MyFord Touch system was a bit buggy in the one I drove...that would be my biggest turn off.

The current pilot front end is pretty bad indeed :S...Your right, gotta be happy to see it in the driveway every day.

The Durango is pretty pricey, I also think it's pretty strange looking in some angles.

    In any case, congrats! :)

I'm just turned off by how poor quality most chrysler vehicles are.

Took delivery of her on a few days ago. First thing I did was to get rid of the stock wheels and went with 20's all around. Here's a couple pics from yesterday at the park.
