I have a column in a table that has numbers as well as texts. I want to format it so that cells with numbers >180 will be highlighted. But the problem is that excel treats texts as numbers >180 so it highlights those... How can I fix this? What formula should I use under custom conditional format rule? I want to stay away from macro if possible.

Right now I have conditional formatting set to highlighting values between 180 - 9999, since my values usually do not exceed 5000. But I'm still curious to know how to highlight anything >180, but not texts.
