    hi,

with this little tool for 1810t you can control the fanspeed, shows batt info, let you switch powerscheme,enable/disable webcam&lan and let you quick switch to your favorite resolutions (after you did the costum resolution trick http://forum.notebookreview.com/showpost.php?p=5335691&postcount=37).

    have fun
    inteks

OVERCLOCKING ONLY WORKS IF YOUR 1810 IS TME MODDED !!!

i can test this tool only on my own 1810t !!! a bit of computer knowledge on your side is mandatory. if you want to use this prog

pls dont leave your rig alone with heavy work and with 1810tray running if you doesnt tested it for a few days (on every new version) !!!!!

if you like to backup/save/share your settings/profiles/deviceids you can export/import the following regkey with regedit
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Inteks\1810tray

    This is awesome, thanks! :D
I've seen that you let it switch fan control to auto when it detects mains power, would it help if I search for the fan speed hex values when plugged in so that you switch to those values when detecting the PSU instead so that it keeps the the same speeds like on battery power? Your progam has got the potential to become the 1810t uber-tool!

Finally a real coder has joined the club:D

    Edit:
To all: Don't forget to rep up this guy if you like the program!

Can you do anything with Aero when on battery? Specifically I am still looking for an app (for Vista/Win7) that switches off Aero when on battery and switches it back on when you plug in.

    Aye-aye, sir!
    I'll post the codes soon:)

    Edit:
The actual speeds are slightly different in AC mode, here are the values from slow to fast:

    0xA7
    0x9E
    0x8A
    0x1A
    0x03
    0x13
    0x1C

stop and auto are the same as in DC mode

Thanks for adding in the Aero piece. I just downloaded it. Do I just need to create a directory and run it from there? Do I need to copy the DLLs somewhere? Do you know if this will work with 64 bit Win7?

just place them into 1 folder and run 1810tray.exe
i personally put a shortcut into startup folder. thats all

    i dont tested it on x64 ....

btw batterybar in green means more than 3hours remaining below 1hour it goes red ;)

I didn't think that Aero would use so much juice, my power consumption reduced significantly(I didn't know anything about Aero so I never disabled it before )
