So I am assuming with these insane overclocks 1GB VRAM could become an issue? I know at stock clocks 1GB wont matter, but at 650M clocks and higher in game settings 1GB might not cut it in Metro 2033 and BF3

OK, please excuse my ignorance, but I flashed the bios and when I rebooted nothing seems to have changed....I changed the power preference in NCP but everything seems to be exactly as before. I am only able to OC up to the 135, do I need to do something else to overclock it more or should it do it by itself. Reason i ask is I ran 3dmark and got the same score as before the bios update.

    I don't have BF3.

Running around a bit in Diablo III only in Act 1, I was seeing 45-50 fps in 1080p resolution with all settings maxed including Shadows set to High (Smooth) and no AA. I should really play more Diablo III so I can test in Act 3/4.

Odd... I got a GPU score of 1272... Core clock was at 405mhz. O_O

    forum support activate? D:

EDIT: It said it found a problem with unauthorized drivers. I believe that I'm running on the 304 beta drivers right now. Can I downgrade to 301 or something and hope for another result?

I am not sure about that.

What matters to me is the Speed of the memory.

    DDR3 sucks!

May I know which MOD you're using?

    What does GPU-Z tells you?
    Mind to share a screenshot?

the amount of VRAM does not matter at all in overclocking.

Show us the Graphic Card Tab instead of the Sensors Tab.

I want to see whether yours been flashed or not by looking at the spec info.
