If hes running 950mhz bios then its pretty much foolproof to run 735mhz version for sure.
Flashing itself is very straight forward and easy.

It is very easy.

Unzip the file that I will give.
Run the file, wait until it finishes flashing.
Restart your laptop.

That is all.

May I know what is your exact model? Example : SVS13A15GGB

My Model # is SVS13A190X. I'd be willing to try 835mhz and below unless you would say 935mhz is still almost a guaranteed safe.

The only room for error here is the power going out during flashing right? The process itself won't have a bug and maim my expensive new laptop? D:

It is the same MD5 Checksum.

Means that you can use it on your laptop.
