Anyone own SONY cetrino 1.86Ghz+ .. fan noise??? FS series FS675P/H VAIO

I just bought FS675P/H 1.86Ghz 1GB RAM. Loves everything, but I can't handle the fan noise. I am not sure if this is normal or not.

First of all, the notebook is being operated at normal room's temperature (not hot). This new FS675P 1.86Ghz is making low-consistent fan noise.

I understand that when the fan turns on it will be a loud noise but it also turns off after a couple seconds. This laptop's fan turns on right after the computer boots up. It doesn't make a loud noise but the noise never turns off. There is a small consistent noise that drives me crazy.

1. Is this normal?
2. Is this because of the CPU 1.86Ghz? I have 1.7Ghz VAIO FS570 and the fan is ultra quiet.

Please advise.... especially for those of you with 1.86Ghz and above.. as I suspect that it is because of this particular CPU.

When I reviewed FS680, the fan was indeed always on.

If you are sure all the hardware configurations and software settings are equivalent to your old FS570, then I guess, yes, it's most likely because of that 1.86 GHz CPU.
