Sony continues to be clueless. I've been in an email battle with them for a few days now. First, they told me contact game companies. Then, told me to go complain to ATI. Then, they tell me to install the drivers on the Sony page, as if I'm an idiot. Last night, they told me to factory reset the Vaio, why I don't know. The problem is out of the box, yet they keep denying it. Now they want me to deal with Live Chat, which should be fun. I'll tackle that fun task maybe Wednesday or Thursday.

I already installed the hotfix from the previous pages. n, yeah it works well. But, be careful when u trying to alt + tab while in-game. Your games will be stuttering. FOREVER! U cannot fixed it except uninstall the driver. i stay with the old driver until they fixed this problem

Sounds like the same song and dance I went through, but hey... I'd like to think more people going through all this with Sony's support means they're more likely to fix it.

okay, i contacted sony through chat.. they said i have to wait for the driver update, and that they already received "a lot of related issues." the rep said sony is now working on the graphics driver, advised me to keep checking the eSupport page for our vaio model, updates will be posted soon (no definite time). sigh....

    Edited

looks like the stuttering problem only happened if play in directX 10 n upper.i test some benchmark with dmc 4, re 5, n lost planet 2. All works fine with directX 9. I dunno why the problem only appear when using direct x 10 n upper --a
