The AMD 6630 is active and the HD3000 is not being used.

DxDiag seems to be not recognizing the AMD GPU. But somehow the AMD GPU is the one that is actually working in your system as shown by the CPU-Z screenshots. So I think its more of an issue with Windows DXDiag than a switching issue.
Its clear by the CPU-Z info that the AMD GPU is indeed functioning and the Intel HD3000 IGP is inactive.

Bipin, disable the Intel HD3000 in Device Manager and then try running Angry Birds Rio under high performance.

Hmm. That means you DO have an issue with the graphics switching

I don't have much idea about how this whole graphics "switching" works but what if you guys revert to an AMD only setup ? By completely getting rid of the Intel IGP and graphics switching ? Did anyone try that ? Remove all the Intel HD 3000 Graphics drivers and then disable it and remove the Graphics switching software and only install AMD Catalyst basic drivers.

graphic switching works more like this, the driver is mix, if you disable intel, than the AMD would be disable too...

@ bipin could you try angry bird rio and give us the AMD's GPU-Z screen shot of sensor ?

    mine is not working..
