    Default Incredibly frsutrating load times

Title says it all, each page is taking between about 8 and 15 seconds to load and it's either the ads or the toolbar at the bottom killing it. basically I will use the forum on threads I get linked to but makes browsing impossible.

Although I think making NBR lighter is the wrong approach to reducing load times, you can do so by going to your User CP > Edit Options > Forum Skin > vBulletin Default Style. That way you'll get rid of the social dock and ads.

Bottom left of the screen - select "Old NBR Style" from the drop-down.
