Re: Notebooks with MXM
from what i gather mxm works like this
MXM - 5200,x300
MXM II - 6600, x700 and prob 7600 if we see it
MXM III - 6800,7800,x18000
If you get what i mean thats the level u can upgrade it.
I wish I could get A Sager from the UK, i googled a little but cant seem to get one.
Anyone know where I could get one shipped?

Re: Notebooks with MXM
MXM is not ATI - that is an Nvidia technology.

Re: Notebooks with MXM
From all I can find there are like 4 models with MXM, and none of which are avaliable in the UK. Im looking for a laptop with a 6600 in and mxm, cant seem to find one.
Does anyone know of one, like an Asus or Dell or Acer, somethign that I can get in the UK?

Re: Notebooks with MXM
Uniwill 259EN and Quanta KN-1PM. Go 6600 MXM. the Uniwill 259EN is definitely sold in Europe, most likely under different names.. for one thing Fujitsu-Amilo's Amilo line tends to use Uniwill so they might have it.

Re: Notebooks with MXM
What about the i9300?
And if you google for Clevo m570A instead of Sager in UK, you might find something. Or look for Evesham.
