Default Notebooks with MXM

Hi,

I am finding it real hard to find out which notebooks have a MXM slot.

You would think they would advertise it big style but I cant find them at all.

I was hoping this could be a lasting thread and people could just add ones they know here with the MXM type too.

Thanks.

Uniwill 259EN3 and Quanta KN1PM have the MXM chip for sure.

I think it's even harder finding something to replace your MXM card with

Actually, the Z71V is creating some confusion - it is not MXM. The graphics card is only removable. The only way you would be able to upgrade the card in there is if Asus released a Z71VA or something with a different card. But, if they don't, then you can't upgrade.

Check out www.PowerNotebooks.com, then have a nice array of notebooks featuring MXM technology.

Question Re: Notebooks with MXM

Dumb Question but...
Does the Sager 5720 have MXM or upgradeable Graphics (not that it will need to be upgraded soon )
Please look at my "Upgrade for IBM Netvista" Thread
