XPS M1530 Windows XP Driver Pack (Final) by Udi

I have compiled this over the last week or two - tested and working great. There are many threads on the subject, and lots of jumbled info and driver listings over hundreds of pages. I read them all and did plenty of my own research to compile what I believe is a complete and final pack of drivers. It attempts to provide the best performing and latest drivers (in that order), with no bloatware for the cleanest possible installation. The pack contains detailed installation instructions in a readme file.

If there are any problems, let me know and I'll attempt to fix them and keep the driver pack updated. The only things I haven't tested personally are the HDMI port, and the non-floppy installation method for AHCI SATA, but they should work fine.

Credit has been given where due in the included readme file, a big thanks to everyone in the two long threads that helped make this final pack reality.

If anyone else can mirror the file (with high bandwidth limit or no limit servers) it would be much appreciated. There were over 200 downloads within the first week so I took my personal server's link down. If the mirror doesn't work for any reason, PM me and I'll link you to my personal server.

Thx man I finally get my bluetooth working. But how do I instal Winamp Plugin, I just only got this file "gen_inspironbuttons.dll". Where do I have to copy it

No worries, I mentioned the Winamp Plugin instructions in the readme as well, but basically, you just paste that DLL in your winamp directory, in the plugins folder. Typically, the directory will be c:/program files/winamp/plugins. Works great for me.

Thanks, a kind word never goes astray. I'm usually a selfish () but decided I spent way too much time compiling these drivers to keep them to myself.

If anyone tries the full pack as a clean install, let me know how you go.

Great Effort Udi!
I used your pack, with a few modded drivers to create a nlite image. Just installed it and everything works perfecty, except for a few extra's I wanted to pack:

Dell's Powermanagement won't install (but that doesn't seem to be a problem?)

I'll c if I can find a solution, if any1 else knows, please let's hear it!

What I modded was:
* replaced graphics drivers with Extreme_G1.75-63 from www.tweakforce.com
* replaced the chipset exe with an extracted one from dell itself (so I could integrate into the nlite image)
* added the fingerprint reader software package
* added a printer driver

All in all: excellent package and great for integration into a nlite iso
