Default FZ290 AV, Volume, Play, Pause, Stop, S1, Brightness, Screen change DONT WORK!!

dont know what im doing wrong or uninstalling but all this AV and keyboard buttons stop working, the only way i put them to work again is doing the factory notebook restore with the f10 key... i have download from sonystyle the Sony notebook utilities drivers and installed and nothing happens... dont know what to do i have restore my notebook 3 times and when i uninstall all the trial programs and install all my apps problem apears again... i havent uninstall any sony software dont know what to do.

See my signature line below for a guide to doing a clean install. In that guide you will find a list of all the drivers and auxiliary apps that are required on an FZ series machine. The order in which these are installed is important. Some how in your uninstalling the "trial ware" you have also uninstalled a required driver or utility (most likely the latter). The guide should help you figure out which utility you inadvertently uninstalled.
