lol @ tutorial. a whopping THREE results. ProfessorShred answered what was needed... (Though it seems LG is the best display, can't say for sure since they weren't mentioning res in the same breath..)

hey,hopefully I can get a quick reply as I need to clarify these things quickly...i called xps tech support and 1st they told me that for wxga on m1530 ..only samsung available..and then i called again telling them the part number NU763..and they said that one is LED screen..mine is CCFL..so is this true?or do they have CCFL 15.4 inch WXGA LG and that is the part number?i need confirmation quick though as I can still call them today and change it before the tech comes tmr...thanks in advance

Dell is not offering an LED screen on the 1530 at this time, so that sounds like bad information there.

Basically, you use your express service tag in the warranty section of the Dell website to find a list of all of the parts that make up the computer. Search other threads for details.
