Re: 8800M GTX Review
Pretty cool article.. I guess we're just waiting for somebody to test it.
I like how they address why gaming laptops matter. The era of having your computer locked down to one area of your home is coming to an end.

Re: 8800M GTX Review
nearly 10k in 3dmarks 06 for those who cant be bothered to go through the link......
If they make the AW x15 for the same price of a macbook pro...........that would be a tough choice

Re: 8800M GTX Review
No offense to nVidia, but I don't really trust their benchmarks. I have no doubt the 8800M GTX will be faster than the Go 7950GTX, but I doubt it will be as much as their supplied benchmarks say. If I'm not mistaken, when the 8700M GT launched, nVidia provided benchmarks that showed the 8700M GT beating the Go 7950GTX in 3DMark, yet this time the Go 7950GTX vaunts over the 8700M GT.

Re: 8800M GTX Review
nVidia always braggs about future products. It wll more likely be an 8k /14 k SLI 3dmark06 score. Still, a nice improvement, considering. !50% the power of the 7950GTX plus DX10 support is something worthwhile...

Re: 8800M GTX Review
Awesome news, thanks for the link to the article. Looks like the 8800M-GTX will be slightly slower than the desktop 8800GTS but I think with some overclocking it should be able to reach almost the same level of performance.
