It looks like there is some success in that log file. Try to look around your system and see if your files are on it somewhere.

Orev, bless you. but more questions: Is there anyway to restore my OS or programs using this RecoveryWiz, to the setting they were before the crash? For example, how do i resotre firefox preferences (bookmarks etc) and settings and some key setting about the OS. Do I stand a chance?????

I have no idea how or what that backup program works, so I do not know what it backed up. Were you able to access your data files after taking ownership? That's about as far as I'll be able to help, but I suspect that it would not back up program settings like those.
