nVidia 8600M GT vs nVidia Quadro FX 570M
If I were to get a Thinkpad T61P vs the Asus G1s-A1, would the thinkpad's card preform better for gaming (if all other specs are the same, and the same resolution).
Also, which is better for photoshop?

Technically, it's pretty much the same card, though the 8600m GT should be better for gaming.
Photoshop doesn't rely on the GPU.

The 14" T61p is a nerfed version of 570m, which equates to roughly a Vostro 1500's 8600GT GDDR2
The 15" T61p is the normal 570m, which is equal to the G1s-A1's 8600GT GDDR3 if both are using same drivers

Oh, so the Vostro's 8600 isn't DDR3.
Is there a list of what laptops have what videocards (with details such as ddr2/3 and actual memory [virtual memory my ])

There are so many threads that ask about links it is hard sometimes to find the real thing (and I guess I am not helping).
Also, does anyone know what the weight difference is between the 14.1 and 15.4 inch Thinkpad T61p's is:

Because of the nerfed 570M on the 14.1" thinkpad, would it have better battery life (while playing games or just idle). |

Probably would have the same battery life or maybe even worse depending on clocks, GDDR3 is more power efficient/runs at lower voltage.
