If the 701's touchpad is compatible with the Synaptics software/driver you could easily specify one of the corners of the touchpad (e.g. the lower right corner) to act as a 'right click'.

Are you going to do your own writeup on it?

Unless you have some monstrous oversized pockets. I wouldn't be caught dead jogging with this thing.

Which is why you buy an iPod shuffle along with it.

my english sucks.i'm afraid you can not understand
At first,i came with my Sony TX and asked the manager to take photograph in order to compare EEE and TX.But he didnt agree due to the difference in stylish, technology and price, therefore he showed some another 11" series.
I hope i will soon contact the manager to review it asap ,post picture first

Re: Asus Eee PC First Thoughts
Hi GRZ530. Thank you for the pictures. They look very great!
By the way, does anyone notice that the "window key" now has been replaced with something different. Maybe a "home key"?

Re: Asus Eee PC First Thoughts
Yes, thanks for the comparison picture!
And yes, its interesting that the Windows key has been replaced, maybe this is the final model or its different depending on the region???
I'm still worried about the small screen, looks pretty hard to read. They could have put a larger screen, did they not to cut down on costs? Can't wait until it comes out and for your review!

I think this has more to do with the fact that the Eee PC units we're seeing so far are all VERY early pre-production units. One unit seen outside the US even has the USB ports reversed on the left and right sides (with two on the left and one on the right).
Until Asus gets closer to actually releasing the Eee it's entirely possible that the Eee will go through many slight changes.

Re: Asus Eee PC First Thoughts
Does anyone know if this laptop will have Remote Desktop capability to other PCs that run Windows?
