the first is higher performance for acer net manager
second see the new of the Acer ePower Management Version 2.00.2017

by moving your mouse to task bar icon you can know more information about remaining battery life

Did you need to uninstall the previous version, or does the updated installer take care of it ?

i don't try it with vista
yeah you must uninstall the old verions
it's work faster than old version
