64 bit antivirys and firewall.
Few months ago when i was checking not a whole lot of antiviruses run at 64 bit windows. Is it better now?
I'm particilary curious about avast and avira. Which is better for 64 bit now?
I found the avast info http://www.avast.com/eng/x64.html
But not avira's.

Re: 64 bit antivirys and firewall.
FYI : http://download.cnet.com/Avira-AntiV...?tag=mncol;pop
it supports both 32bit and 64bit versions
BTW give Microsoft Security Essentials a try

Re: 64 bit antivirys and firewall.
I've been running Avast ever since beta and again on RC1 (both 64bit) with no problems.
