No problem

Don't know if that is a bull story or not, and only time will tell! I sent my original information to them for the upgrade on July 19th, 2009, so it may be that they are sending out the upgrades by way of "first come first serve"....who knows!!!

BTW, the telephone # is 1-909-930-0800 extension 778 just in case anyone wants to call them, and maybe ream them out!! A December 2009 date is completely unreasonable in my eyes as well! Good luck!
Thanks for the number. I hadn't received ANY emails since I did everything at the Asus upgrade website. I called and they told me they had everything they needed from me and they were mailing them out tomorrow or Wednesday. They emailed me this:

Dear XXXX XXXX

We are pleased to inform that your Proof of Purchase has been successfully validated and your order(s) will now be processed.

MODEL SERIAL NO PRICE STATUS REMARKS
G71G XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 0.00 Pass

TOTAL AMOUNT: USD 0

You will receive another notification email when your order status has been updated.

Although we honor BBB complaints like any other complaints. We do not have any control about their grading or rating system.

Within the period of 36 months according to their site, we have received 165 complaints, 104 of those have been closed. They are also comparing us to companies which fall in their category of small due to our original profile showing only 10 employees. We are working to gain BBB accreditation and our company profile properly reflected on their database.

We are not disputing any of their records, we are merely pointing some inaccuracies that currently exist.

That's what this thread is all about - funny how he was so quick to defend the Company's standing with the BBB but didn't bother to provide any details as to when the upgrade disks would be shipped....

If I had information about the shipping dates, I would gladly provide it here.

Unfortunately, being my home office is US, I do not have logistical information regarding the upgrade program.

I can inquire as to what order batch is being processed, but I do not have access to individual orders to verify which position they are in the queue.

One question to anyone who knows, since I had to call the distributor to get an email verifying my POP: What's the web address to check the status of your order? I never got the original email with that link.

I can appreciate that but can you at least confirm orders will be shipped before the December date mentioned earlier in this thread.

The first batch of shipments will be Mid November for US. The December date is a worse case scenario since the shipping dates will coincide with the busy holiday season for the US and Canada markets.
