Re: Fujitsu Intros New P-Series Ultraportable
There is also a Gateway model similar to this with the same processor and chipset and also lacking HDMI out like this Fujitsu model. Yet when the Intel variant comes out with X4500 graphics, it will have HDMI out like the current Intel CULV 11.6" notebooks out.
Come on AMD, update your chipset to include HDMI out please!

AMD's 780M chipset already supports HDMI, it's Fujitsu that didn't add it.
Personally I'm itching for an 11.6" Turion Neo x2 with a 780M chipset but it doesn't look like anyone is making 'em.

According to TrustedReview's preview of the notebook, it also lacks HDMI out.

Re: Fujitsu Intros New P-Series Ultraportable
Yeah checked myself on that already. HDMI port comes on the XGP hub.

I see, but its not built into the notebook. Does the notebook come with the hub or not?

Re: Fujitsu Intros New P-Series Ultraportable
Hub is sold separate.
The AMD chipsets in the Acer Ferrari One and Fujitsu P3010 do support HDMI though.

It is unweildy that you have to purchase a hub for the Ferrari One to get the HDMI port and there is no hub to purchase for the P3010 to give the port.
Whereas every single Intel notebook with their most recent integrated graphics (X4500) has an HDMI port.

Agreed, but that's not the AMD chipset's fault that's Fujitsu's and Acer's fault.

Re: Fujitsu Intros New P-Series Ultraportable
Wish they would have used the AMD Turion II Neo x2 paired with ATI Mobility HD 4200, but at least it looks cool with a splash of colours.
