Ok but you have flashed other vbios on the GPU did you backup the original vbios because that will let us know if your GPU is 1ba1 or 1be1

Yes the standard vbios on that GPU thermal throttles at 79° the GPU has a fair bit more it can give to you when a custom vbios is used
