Boston Power is finally making 3 year warranty batteries for the ThinkPad.
I just got one for my T61p. A 6 cell and it works well.
IMO if you want to game you should just build a custom PC and save some money and get much more gaming power than what a Lenovo notebook will...

My T61p needs a new battery. I want to get a good one.
I ran Prime95 for over 15 hours. Just finished the test.
After around 6 hours the temps started to come down and settled around 60 degrees.
OCCT seems to stress the CPU quite a bit more than Prime95.
While testing with Prime95 my T9300 is right around 68.
Ran some test on my T61p.
1 hour power test that stresses CPU and GPU at same time.
How are the temps?
Has anybody tried this?
