Are this mOhm values? Because it say's on the right side: AC Loadline defined in 1/100 mOhms. A value of 100 = 1.00mOhm, and 1255 = 12.55mOhm.......

Check the inverter under the bezel, this kind of series had some issues with it, so the backlight started to flicker.
