My CF19 mk5 is SATA3 according to the HWinfo results. As BaRRmaley said above mks 6 & 7 reverted to SATA 2.

Yes it was SPGOBI2 that sorted it. It amends the BIOS to show WWAN Enable/Disable in the Wireless Configuration settings....
