    Default Np9150 Rma :-(

Well...........this machine was beautiful while it lasted. The wife is making me return it because the small screen and high resolution causes too much strain on her eyes, which I suppose it slightly understandable.

Hopefully we can come to agreement on the NP9170, but this just bums me out having to return such an awesome little powerhouse. On a side note does anyone have any experience with the RMA process on these? I've never made a return like this before so not really sure what to expect, though I anticipate that Larry will be very helpful throughout the process.

You can always lower the resolution or increase font size on NP9150 for easier reading. Switching to a slightly larger screen won't help much with the straining problem that your significant other appears to have.

Ya, I increased it to 150% but then she complains that things are distorted............women you can't please them . Her previous was an old 18inch toshiba so I'm hoping a 17inch will be enough as there's no way I can fit an M18x into my budget. If only she cared as much about my back as she does her eyes haha

What about running in a lower non-native resolution?

I should mention the 9170 is only an inch bigger and at that resolution the icons and etc will be smaller. It appears your simply going to have to go down a resolution.

might be a silly question but have you tried enlarging the pages with the Ctrl & mouse wheel as this works on web pages and your desltop.
