Default Is there any good free screen calibration programs?

I got the basic Matte screen on my 9150 since it'll be mostly hooked up to an external monitor, it's not a big deal if there isn't any, just thought i'd look into it.

I found a free program on a photo site last month that at least made my screen better than it was. It's called Calibrize. It still relies on you eyeing it up to an extent and won't, therefore, do as good a job as using an actual calibrated piece of hardware will, but I found it to be better than I had gotten it by just playing with settings.

I agree, it's a decent and well accepted program

Whilst that programs not bad it doesn't come close to the Spyder. That hangs over your monitor, looks at the colours and tunes your screen accordingly. Makes a huge difference!

Not really essential for most end users though... The alternative suggested is a free program, hassle and cost free.
